WHO WE ARE
J. DAVID MORGAN
David Morgan is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. He then attended in Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University earning a dual degree with a Masters of Science in Public Health and Juris Doctor. David subsequently passed the bar and set out to start his own practice with his colleague and former classmate Nolan Perry.
David is not new to venturing out on his own. In 2013, David and his wife Bethany co-founded Love Abounds, a village development non-profit in Zambia. David’s work with Love Abounds ranges from international filings to donor acquisition and marketing. Most recently, Love Abounds launched an initiative to provide homes for abandoned children. David is passionate about inspiring development and travels to Zambia several times a year.
David is still driven to empower development in local businesses and nonprofit organizations. He has experience enacting creative business solutions and is able to support business needs from small startups to more complicated and mature organizations. Whether working through solutions with individual clients or dealing with cross-cultural issues internationally, David is able to successfully deliver results.
David leads the practice’s Business Law and Estate Planning divisions. Working on behalf of his clients, David goes well beyond just business solutions, including crafting strategic estate plans and much more. Morgan & Perry Law, P.L.L.C. takes an in-depth and personal approach with their clients. Their holistic view of the law and their clients offer unique advantages and build strong legal foundations.
